Mr. Stephen Ruzika is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CSS Group Inc. (CSS). CSS through Applicant Insight Inc. (DBA Ainsight) (aInsight).
From March 2012-July 2022 Mr. Ruzika served as President of NWX Holdings Inc. which provided comprehensive life safety and related security systems services in South Florida through its wholly owned subsidiary LifeSafety Management, Inc.
During August 2004 to 2007, Mr. Ruzika was the Chief Executive Officer of Devcon International Corp. (DIC), a NASDAQ listed company, and lead with the transformation of DIC from a provider of construction services and building materials into a significant regional provider of electronic security services.
Prior to forming CSS, Mr. Ruzika served as Chief Executive Officer of Carlisle Holdings Limited (formerly BHI Corporation), a NASDAQ listed company, until August 1998.
Until July 1997 Mr. Ruzika served as a Director and Executive Vice President (1987 – 1997), and Chief Financial Officer (1989 – 1997) of ADT Limited (ADT), a NYSE listed company. Mr. Ruzika also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ADT Security Services Inc. (1995 – 1997) a wholly owned subsidiary of ADT. Mr. Ruzika joined ADT in 1982.
Mr. Ruzika is 68 years of age and is a graduate of the University of Miami and a Certified Public Accountant (Retired).
