Cheryl Jones is a Director and Board & Management Consultant. She has served as a Director of Hawley Group Limited since 2015. Previously, she was Chairman of AIM-listed Merit Group plc. from 2014 to 2018 and Impellam Group plc from 2008 to 2012.
Ms. Jones was a Director and Audit Committee Member of Caribbean Investments Holdings Limited, The Belize Bank Limited, and Belize Bank International Limited from 2003 to 2019, and she served as Chairman of Caribbean Investments Holdings Limited from 2011 to 2019. Ms. Jones was C.E.O. of OneSource Services from 2002 to 2007.
Ms. Jones has an E.C. from M.I.T., Cambridge, Massachusetts, an M.B.A. from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois, and a B.S. from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.
She holds dual citizenship between the United States and the United Kingdom.
