John BitarPresident and CEO
John Bitar is the President and CEO of aInsight with over 26 years of experience in the background screening industry. Before joining aInsight, Mr. Bitar served as the Chief Information Officer of General Information Services, Inc. (now known as HireRight) (GIS), which was at the time, the largest privately owned and 3rd largest background screening company in the U.S. During the decade he served there, Mr. Bitar played an integral role in the growth of GIS from $28mm to a $220mm company, serving Fortune 100 companies.
Prior to joining GIS, Mr. Bitar held multiple positions at US Investigation Services, Inc. (now known as HireRight).
Mr. Bitar holds an International Baccalaureate in Mathematics, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut, Master of Business Administration with Minors in Computer Information Systems and Total Quality Management from the University of Miami.
In addition to being a Senior Member with the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Mr. Bitar is an ASQ certified Quality Manager and Organizational Excellence.
