Mr. Peter Gaze has been a director of Hawley Group Limited since the inception of the company on May 27th 2015.  He is also a director of Marlowe Holdings PLC, Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited and Carlisle Support Services.

Before these roles, he was a senior financial executive at ADT Group Limited during its expansion in the UK and US, which culminated in its acquisition by Tyco International in 1997. 

Mr. Gaze began his career with the global accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
